END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR DISLIN This end-user license agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and the author of the data plotting software DISLIN. DISLIN is developed by Helmut Michels in Göttingen, Germany. If you not wish to be bound by the terms of this EULA, please delete the software product from your computer. If you keep DISLIN on your computer, you are agreeing to the terms of this EULA. Overview DISLIN is a high-level plotting library for displaying data as curves, polar plots, bar graphs, pie charts, 3-D colour plots, surfaces, contours and maps. The routines in the library can be called from the programming languages Fortran and C, and from the interpreting languages Perl, Python, Java, Ruby and TCL. Grant of Free Usage You are allowed to use DISLIN for free. Either as a private person or in a commercial or non-commercial environment. There are no limitations. Source Code The source code of DISLIN is only available with a support contract. It may be used for bug fixes and recompiling DISLIN. You are not allowed to distribute the DISLIN source code, or to make it public. Limitations of Warranty and Liability The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The author of DISLIN is not liable for any lost or damaged data or other commercial or economic loss.
